We expect you—and your child—to be 100% thrilled with Those Are the Strokes, Folks!. If you are NOT 100% thrilled, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return Those Are the Strokes, Folks! from the date you received it—but please keep the Those Are the Strokes, Folks! Video Book as our gift to your child.

To be eligible for a return, Those Are the Strokes, Folks! must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive Those Are the Strokes, Folks!, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within the time frame determined by your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return of your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
